Zhao Guoang, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of Haisum Group and His Delegation Visited GDE’s Linxia Domestic Waste to Energy Project Site for Investigation and Instruction Edit Date：2021/10/07

       On 7th Oct, Zhao Guoang, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman, Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and CEO and Chen Zhiming, Vice President from Haisum Group visited GDE’s Linxia Domestic Waste to Energy EPC Project Site for construction progress and safety management check, accompanied with Luo Jun, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager and Huang Yuxiang, Director of the 7th Engineering Department from GDE.

       Mr. Zhao’s delegation firstly attended a meeting with members of Project Department to learn the progress of the project after arrival.

       During the meeting, Ni Jian, Site Manager reported in detail the site construction progress, organization structure of the project department, implementation of project safety and quality scheme, and the following plan, etc. The leader team of Haisum Group fully affirmed the stage achievement of Linxia project obtained by GDE and presented requirement to GDE project team, emphasizing that the following potential difficulties should be fully realized and advance specific response plan should be well prepared to ensure safety, quality and quantity of the project until the operation of the project.

       After the meeting, the delegation entered the construction site for overall check of construction quality, safety, manner, progress, difficulties and etc.. In the process of the check, they spoke highly of the project team, analyzed troubles existing and presented constructive suggestions as well as detail requirement and correct comments about construction safety and manner.

       Eventually, Chairman Zhao, on half of Haisum Group as well as GDE, expressed thanks to the project team for what they had done and presented 3 points of expectation:

       1.Keep positive and aggressive;

       2.Building up sense of responsibility and role to coordinate and maintain relationship with interested party of the project to unite all parties for the goal according to the contract;

       3.Enhance management of site progress, quality and safety to maintain the smooth operation and timely deliver a satisfying result to the client.
