2015 New Employee Orientation Successfully Ended Edit Date:2015/10/20



       16th Oct, 3-day 2015 New Employee Orientation ended with the excitement of “Five people six legs” competition. At this time, win or lose is not important but what is important is, people shortened the distance between them during orientation. The whole “family” can be well known by every fresher during this process.
       A kind “family meeting” triggered this orientation. Chairman Chen Rongrong made a welcome speech as a “family representative” to let freshers read the company culture and sense of value. Whoever, graduate or new staff from other company, is standing the pivot point of his life. How to resolve their confusion? Chairman Chen introduced new employee a book named Do what is supposed to before what is wanted to. Hopefully it can help them properly adjust them self for new challenges in the new journey. In the following speech by excellent employee, architecture engineer Chen Jiahua shared his feeling from previous work and life, encouraged freshers to keep learning for self-improvement. This positive atmosphere deeply moved the most of new staff and further in the following technical knowledge competition. New staffs were passionate in the competition and meanwhile felt the eternity of knowledge.
       In the visit of Nansha Pearl Bear Factory, Deputy Chief Engineer Li Chaozhou from Technology & Quality Department and reception person in charge introduced the project brief including design highlight, feature and honor achieved. This made new employee directly feel the company technical level and dramatically enhanced their sense of pride and of achievement. However, besides pride, a dependable and professional heart is more significant during working. In the communication meeting with different specialty engineer as well as chief engineer, chief engineers concretely shared and explained cases during design work as well as raised the problems, which were easily ignored, with presenting skills and principles behind. New employ not only obtained new inspiration and thought but also realized that for design, accumulation led excellence.
       Great ideal should be achieved via down-to-earth plan and beautiful vision should be pushed by perfect system. HR Manager Mai Rukun introduced the detail management system in the lecture about employee manual. Manager of Technology & Quality Department Li Hanlie explained the company quality management system. These made new staff regulate themselves in future work.
       Although the orientation took short time, the forward years for learning are long. The journey between you and me just began though the orientation has come to an end.
