The Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of GDE Edit Date：2012/05/18

        GDE held its annul shareholders’ meeting on May 17th, 2012. There were eight motions (the 2011 Work Report of the Board, the 2011 Final Financial Accounts and 2012 Financial Budget Reports, Motion on the Transfer of Shares, Motion on the Amendments to the Articles of Association, etc.) considered and passed at the meeting.

         Lin Hongyang, vice president of Haisum and chairman of GDE, attended the meeting and fully affirmed the achievement of GDE in 2011, and put forward some requirements to GDE in 2012.
